U.D.P. Chairman Goes In On PM Briceño For Passport Comments.
U.D.P. Chairman Michael Peyrefitte has chimed in on the issue of the exorbitant cost of the new e-passport. Senator Peyrefitte’s comments come after Prime Minister John Briceño made certain remarks previously regarding persons who may not need to purchase the pricey travel document. Needless to say, those statements did not go over well with the public. While P.M. Briceño has sought to clear up the confusion regarding what was said, Peyrefitte told the media today that the prime minister was better off not commenting on the matter in the first place.
