“My response on the family’s issue would be a greater level of carefulness with how we use anything that can cause a fire to start. It’s very tragic what has been happening. I appeal for carefulness of our families, and, and I’m not saying that there is no neglect. But I am saying that I believe it is more carefulness with how we treat with something that can cause a problem and that is how I would encourage our families to really take care of our children in that way to prevent some of the tragedies that we have been seeing.”
