“His contribution to this society is for me is unmatched, and I can say this without apologies that I know for a fact that my dad made a difference in this community, and had a impact, I think more than any politician and he don’t, he doesn’t like to talk politics. But he does have his opinion when it comes to politics. Everyone who knows him knows that. So, I know a lot of people were missing and we just have to try to carry on his legacy as his kids to not let his memory just die. We appreciate all the love and support that we have gotten, and I know he’s loved by so many people, and I also know that he’s disliked by so many people, but from the words of my dad, and this is what I’ve learned from him, he would say to me, or say to anyone: “I don’t care if you don’t like me. My job is to see you as a child of God and accept you as is.”
