“All ministers of Central America are on the executive. Many topics were discussed. One of the main topics discussed was the road to COP28 and how the Central American ministers of government are preparing for that meeting, especially being that agriculture will be one of the main topics. One of the other topics was how do we manage water as a region; the approach to managing sustainable use of water. You know that every year we are having serious problems with water shortage and climate change. And so that were some of the main topics discussed.”
