Former British High Commissioner joins BCB Holdings Board

He was Her Majesty’s High Commissioner between 2001 to 2004, that’s Philip Priestley, who has now just been appointed as a non-executive director of BCB Holdings. Priestly has an extensive diplomatic background that spans thirty five years. In respect of his recent appointment, Priestly said he was looking forward to working with the BCB Holdings Board to achieve the company’s future development. The Company’s Chairman, Lord Ashcroft, in welcoming Priestly, recalled his diplomatic record and trade and promotion experiences which he said are invaluable to the company. BCB Holdings also announced that Priestly has no share interest.
