Alexander Castillo is Shot on Mahogany Street

There was a shooting incident in Lake Independence on Saturday night that has left one person hospitalized. According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Hilberto Romero, the victim, identified as Alexander Castillo, was riding a motorcycle when he was accosted by a lone gunman on a bicycle.

“On Saturday, October 21st, 2023, police responded to shots fired on Mahogany Street. Upon their arrival, they found Alexander Castillo with gunshot injuries to the body. Information is that Alexander Castillo was riding a motorcycle when he was approached by a male person on a bicycle who fired several shots towards his direction. Castillo is presently admitted at the KHMH in a stable condition. We do not have any suspect at this time I regards to this shooting.”
