Additional Charges for Accused Sex Offender Rupert Codd

Twenty-two-year-old Rupert Codd has been slapped with additional charges stemming from a sexual assault case in which he has been accused by a woman of attacking her near Save-U Taxi Stand.  This morning, he appeared unrepresented before the lower court where he was read two additional charges of damage to property after he reportedly damaged a quarter panel on a police mobile while resisting arrest.  In court, Codd, who is presently on remand, pleaded not guilty and was offered bail in the sum of one thousand dollars, plus one surety of the same amount.  Codd is scheduled to return to court on February nineteenth, 2024.
