Police monitoring individuals for missing B.D.F. M4 rifle

And in respect of an M4 Carbine Rifle that has been stolen from the B.D.F., police still have very little to go by in their investigations. They did, however, say today that a group of persons are being closely monitored, but the rifle remains missing. Last Sunday, a routine check at the B.D.F.’s guard room at the Price Compound revealed that the weapon had been stolen.

“Our investigations have led us to a group of persons—Mr. Segura is keeping me updated—they narrowed it down to a couple of persons but the actual location of the weapon or where it was disposed is not yet within our grasp.”

“We received information that a police vehicle pursuing another vehicle saw when that vehicle stopped and something was thrown over the bridge. There is nothing to indicate to us or nothing that can confirm at this time, was anything to do with the B.D.F. weapon.”
