Back from Orange Walk, Safiyyah has the weekend rundown

Safiyyah is back in our studios and there’s plenty going on this weekend. And this What’s Happening Belize has something special for you to look forward to later this month.

Hey Guys, I’m Safiyyah and this is What’s Happening Belize? And we’re back in the studio.

On Saturday night inside Club Next, DJ Motion will be having his Birthday Bash. This big blow out party will feature Belize’s top DJs like Alfrain Supal, Jargo, Father Church, Dynasty and many more. There will be lots of giveaways and an appearance by Shane, the Dancer. Its only fifteen dollars to enter so make sure this Saturday night you check out DJ Motion’s Birthday Bash, Next Level, inside Club Next.

If you’re in Dangriga, then you can check out Reckless’ birthday bash inside Club Rivera. This down south party will feature Supa G, Chico Ramos, Continental Cat, and many more and of course Reckless. There will be free Beers and Bailey’s until supplies run out. The entrance is ten dollars. So that’s Reckless’ birthday bash in Club Rivera in Dangriga this Saturday night.

For next week Friday, after work you can head over to Burrell Boom to the Black Orchid Resort, formerly known as Belize R Us. They will be having a live jazz performance by Nelita Castillo. This happy hour and concert will run from six p.m. until ten p.m. There will be food and drinks on sale. The entrance is free. This performance will be held in the memory of Mr. Deniss Trumbach.

And last but definitely not least, I’ve got to tell you about something real special. Every week I come in and I tell you about all the weekends’ activities, this weekend I have a personal one for you to look out for. Next weekend, Saturday, the twenty-fourth of January, is my birthday and I’m having a huge Party inside the Brown Sugar Marketplace. It will be an outdoor super hype party featuring Belizean Movements, Tagg International, Alfrain “Mr. Hype” Supall, DJ Motion and Blue Steel Sounds. There will be free Jose Cuervo all night, so you know the party will be wild! Mark down the twenty-fourth on your calendar and I’ll give you more details next week.
