Tiffara Waight aims her pistol at next door neighbors

Tiffara Waight
The war among women is not letting up on the streets and tonight there is one more Belize City female behind bars for allegedly threatening her neighbor with a firearm. That’s the claim being made by forty-six year old Bernadette Euwatu, who called the police in fear for her life at about four-thirty last Thursday evening. Euwatu claims that she got into an argument with her next-door neighbour, twenty-one year old Tiffara Waight, but that she retreated to her house in the heat of confrontation. But according to Euwatu, Waight re-emerged with a black handgun, pointed it at her children and told them to get out the way so she could shoot their mother. Euwatu and her traumatized children sought cover inside their home and the cops were called. They searched Waight’s home and found the nine millimeter pistol, which was licensed in the name of Michael Lewis, along with forty-two live rounds of ammunition. That was bad news for Waight, who was today taken to Magistrates’ Court where she pleaded not guilty to a single charge of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. She now has to take up residence at the Hattieville Prison until March twenty-third, unless she manages to secure bail at the Supreme Court.

young adults like her should be taught a lesson she would never forget. the law is playing with people like her thats why they do what they do because yhe know they will be locked up a a minute and then put back on the streets to do the very same thing and worse
