Haitian security guard charged with Carnal Knowledge

And in other news from the courts, a Haitian security guard is behind bars tonight for carnal knowledge. Twenty-seven year old Patrick Lorent, allegedly had sex with a fourteen year old minor on various occasions. Lorent will reappear in court on February sixth. The minor reported to police this past Monday, that the last time she had sexual relations with Lorent was on New Year’s Day at his home. The girl, accompanied by the police and a social worker, went to the U.H.S. where she was examined by a doctor who certified that she was carnally known. The girl’s father, it is reported, had accused the minor of fabricating the story. The father had allegedly called her a problem child and reported that she had run away from home about a month ago.
