Attempted Murder is the charge for hitting cop in the head

He is accused of hitting a police constable in the head with a piece of lumber so today Luke McFadzean was hit two criminal offences when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court. McFadzean had to answer to charges of Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault for the alleged attack on twenty-two year old Acasio Tec of Hattieville. No plea was taken since the case could move up to the Supreme Court and McFadzean has been remanded to Hattieville Prison until March twenty-fifth. Teck is hospitalized in critical condition following the incident, which occurred last Friday evening. Allegations are that Teck was at home feeding his dog when he saw McFadzean, who is his neighbor, chasing another man. Teck claims that McFadzean stopped at his house, hit him in the head and left. Police found Teck five minutes later lying in his yard with a swelling on the left side of his head. He was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where it was discovered that his skull may have been fractured.

Mc fadzean and i grew up together over the last couple years he started losing his mind. he don’t belong in prison he belongs in a mental institution. people in hattieville knew he was crazy and did nothing so to hear this was not a shock to me cause i knew one day this would have happen. i thank the lord the cop is not dead.
