Allison Williams gets lucky twice in court

Allison Williams

Allison Williams

It was an interesting day in court for twenty-three year old Allison Williams because he walked free from two sets of charges and is at home awaiting his next court date for yet another offence. Williams was charged with Obstruction and Possession of a Controlled Drug after cops found him with weed in his home on May fourth, 2009. He was also accused of obstructing PC David Griffith as he conducted the search of the house. But today those two charges were withdrawn because PC Griffith was a no show in court. Williams has another outstanding case for Possession of a Controlled Drug for twenty grams of weed that he was busted with last Wednesday. That case came up just before the Easter Holiday and Williams was lucky enough to score bail. But on Tuesday, he breached the conditions of his bail when he found himself back before the court on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm for allegedly pulling a gun on his neighbor during an altercation. He pleaded not guilty and thirty-three year old Mark Sacasa requested that the charges be dropped today. Sacasa explained that he never intended to take the matter to court and he simply wanted the police to talk to Williams about his behavior.

an applaud to the judicial system of BELIZE….that makes me and the world proud of how Belize can charge criminals….unfortunately with low rate of conviction or sentence…..

This idiot will eventually hurt someone, wont be long before he is back in court, or in jail.

  3. enough is enough says:

Look at how he laughs at the incompetent authorities who fail to bring him down….shame on PC Griffith. He should be charged for not reporting to duty.

  6. Elgin says:

Why is it surprising that the Cop didn’t appear in court? This guy was probably selling drugs for PC Griffith.Hence the reason he failed to appear in court.

  7. cj says:

Why is it illegal to have marijuana when its a wild plant.?Many years ago a marijuana plant was growing in my back yard which I thought would be a tree that would eventually grow to give shade to set under, only to find out from a friend that it was a marijuana plant which was immediately rooted up. How many of us really know the history of drugs trade on the international scale, such as the opium trade by governments? Yes, government, such as the British as well as the Americans during the Vietnam and contra wars, when drugs were sold on the streets of America to get money to buy arms after the Congress of the United States cut off funding for the diabolical war in Central America.

Olcohol and cigarette has done more harm to humanity than marijuana, but its fully legal for anyone to smoke and drink themselves to death. Individuals from drudgs enforcement has stated time and again that the war on drugs is a joke, and cannot be won. The information of the hypocracy sorounding the drudgs war is well documented on the Internet. We take away the bread winner of a family because he/she is found with a few grams of weed, and create more hardship in society. I lived for a long time in Amsterdam and saw how the freedom of the individuals are respected and crime in that country is far lest than the countries that are quick to take away the freedom of a human being.

The so call authorities in Belize is living an illusion. Who don’t know how hard its is to make ends meet in Belize? instead of been compassionate we are becoming lest tollerant of each other. That is quite evident in the way law enforcement is been carried out. Its a one way affair, when the police want respect from the public without first earning the respect of the public. Why don’t our government tell the US government that they will not lock up anyone anymore on so-call marijuana possession? Who cannot see the what stress is doing to our citizens? Its easy for those of us who can control the day to day stress without going off to point finger at those who lose it from time to time.

We use to be a people of great compassion, but we have lost it from copying too much from big brother up north. The police has become RAMBO, shoot and ask question. The British cops were headed down the same trail under Tony Blair administration. Thank God they seem to have come to their senses and reverted back to some old fassion policing. Everybody know directly or indirectly each other in Belize, so what is causing us to be increasingly brutal toward each other?

This Dude looks like them “Special Persons”, more likely to hurt himself than others. LOL
