Lotto is Back! That’s the word coming out of Tropical Gaming Company. As of today Lotto, Bel-Three and Scratch tickets are being sold at the usual outlets including the Tropical Gaming office. Sales were suspended last month during the time in which the contract was being re-negotiated. It has been reported that the company signed a ten year contract on Tuesday April sixth. The first drawing will be held on Saturday, April seventeenth.
