PC Jermaine Mangar out on ten thousand dollars bail

Prison is not a safe place for Constable Jermaine Mangar, argued his attorney, Richard “Dickie” Bradley, during his bail application which was heard before Justice Herbert Lord in the Supreme Court today. Bradley submitted that since Mangar was attached to the CIB, a number of he arrested are behind bars and they pose a threat to him. He also told the court that Mangar has an alibi for the night that police claimed he was to carry out a robbery at Chon Saan Palace. After hearing his arguments, Justice Herbert Lord granted bail in the sum of ten thousand dollars. There was no objection to bail by the DPP’s office but three conditions were imposed. Justice Herbert Lord ordered that he must surrender all traveling documents, that he must report on Mondays and Fridays to the Clerk of Court and that he must appear before the court on all adjournments. On April sixth, Mangar, and Jermaine Palacio were charged jointly with attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery at Chon Saan Palace. This past Monday, a third suspect, Ernie Hyatt Miranda was also charged. Mangar was arrested when the Commissioner of Police, Crispin Jefferies and PM Dean Barrow made the stunning announcement that there was a ring of rogue cops operating within the department. He has been the only one charged so far. When we checked this evening, Mangar had met bail.
Jermaine Mangar, should be behind bars, just because he helped put away people, doesn’t make him above the LAW when it comes to his intent/crimes. There should be a SEGREGATION UNIT for people like him. WHAT A SAME, WE CAN’T TRUST THE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
So those idiots decided that prison was not a good enough place for a criminal that was busted red-handed by the police, but putting him back on the streets again is ok.
“And if this thing should somehow go sour, which may very well happen,” I worried aloud, “we’ll have to resort to Plan B.” Hope he can run like hell.
to mr. dickie as usaul being a d%^& head of finding some how to let this criminals lose on the streets again, your a shame to our nation. hope this guy can live for one more year before some somewhere gun him down. he should remember what goes around come around.
