Man found dead face down in kitchen sink

And in the north, a mother is in shock and mourning the sudden death of her son. This past Wednesday morning at eight, Alicia Alamilla went to the home of her son, twenty-nine year old Ishmael Urbina in Orange Walk and when she entered the kitchen, she found him in a standing position, leaning over with his head in the kitchen sink. Alamilla says her son was still and the sink was filled with water. She removed him and called the police who transported Urbina to the Northern Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. There were no signs of physical injury on Urbina but police are awaiting the results of a post mortem examination.
