U.D.P. claims victory in most village council elections
The United Democratic Party Secretariat today issued a press release claiming victory in twenty-six of thirty-five villages which held elections this past Sunday. In Corozal North the U.D.P. say they won three of five villages while in Corozal South West they claimed they secured all three villages in that constituency. Down south the party is claiming wins in Stann Creek West and Toledo East.
Three of the five villages in Corozal North has been traditional UDP strong hold. San Pedro village – the UDP barely won. The other village is a really small village and is insignificant to the entire consituent voting base. The two villages that PUP won (patachakan and chan chen) are bigger villages and have more voters. PUP won these two village good. Patchakan was won by a very big margin. Chan Chen was lost to the UDP in 2007 and now PUP has won in 2010. The PUP is coming back slowly buy surely in Corozal North. These are the facts.
Whatever Paul. PUP lost. deal with it and stop trying to make excuses.

my Belizean people wakeup think about your future dont leave it in the hands of the UDP show the Gov we are not ok. we the poor are more and we are not sleeping. But my people dont just complain show it in the polls. make a change!!!!!!!!!!!!
Belize need to clean itself and start over with real solid foundation and base its arguement on facts not the every day bull we are suppose to move forward not stay in the same rot year after year its the same deal so now where the hell are we going
