O.W. businessman robbed in parked car

And in related news, on Saturday night at around nine-thirty, the cops received information that fifty year old Gustavo Baeza suffered a single gunshot wound to his left clavicle. The victim, businessman of Sapodilla Street in Orange Walk Town, was accompanied by sixteen year old Anna Lainez of Banak Street. Both Baeza and Lainez were inside a grey Mitsubishi double cab pickup parked in front of Lainez’ residence. Reports are that Baeza was then approached by a tall slim male person armed with a firearm. The gunman pointed it at him and demanded money, a struggle ensued and Baeza was shot and then robbed of one thousand dollars. He is currently at the K.H.M.H. and police are on a hunt for the suspect.
