Dr. Gough back in court for allegedly beating teen

He’s been in the news this week for an altercation at the northern border with a colleague. The brawl was spurred by emails of the beating of sixteen year old Carlos Zelaya for which Dr. John Gough is charged with Wounding. This morning Gough and the teen’s family addressed the court regarding the evidence against him and his neighbor, Egbert Nicholson. Prosecutor, Sergeant Hector Rodriguez, contended that the evidence is simple and straight forward. He pointed out that Zelaya was able to identify his attackers because he saw their faces clearly and knew both men. Meanwhile, defense attorney, Ellis Arnold, claimed that Gough had nothing to do with the beating and that Nicholson is the only truthful witness because he admitted to hitting Zelaya. Arnold argued that Nicholson’s actions were justified because he felt that a crime had been committed on his neighbor’s property and that the sixteen year old approached him aggressively. Arnold went further to say that Zelaya is not a credible witness because he could not explain why he waited seven days to report the matter to police. On the morning of February fifteenth, Zelaya was reportedly seen by Nicholson climbing over a fence as he left Gough’s home. Nicholson told the doctor what he saw and according to Zelaya, they tracked him down on Dolphin Drive and both men attacked him. Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer reserved her ruling for September eighth.

The initial story was that he saw the boy leaving his yard. Now it’s the water mouth neighbor who saw the boy leaving, told & got this man’s fat behind in trouble.
Why Nicholas is in the middle of what is obviously a communication problem between this man & his daughter needs to addressed. Tell on her but beating the boy does not change the source of the problem;, this man’s foul disposition & his child’s determination to break him. Ever heard the expression about closing the shop, let the boys shop somewhere else. Dr, Gough, Talk to your daughter, she let the boy into your home.

Get this because all of you losers out there talkig bad about Dr.gough STOP, go kiss a girl/boy or get a life because the stupid things you guyz are saying are just simple and you guyz are behaving like 2 year olds so stop judging him and making up lies about the greatest Doctor that ive ever met and the greatest person too because the only person in this world that can judge us is GOD.

No one here is making up lies. Simply commenting on the news report. Is that not the purpose of this forum? If your intent is to say something heartfelt and substantial, why all the “z” ‘s at the end of each word? Nobody will take you seriously with that sort of behaviour. We don’t judge, We express opinions. Finally, if Dr. Gough is the greatest person you know, I’m genuinely and almost immediately saddened by your existence. Dr. Gough should have his license to practice burnt. He has scathed the names of doctors all over the world and disgraced Hippocrates’ Oath.
