Troublesome neighbor gets charged with Harm

A dispute between two tenants renting rooms in the same yard led to one man being charged for allegedly attacking his neighbor. This morning, Gabriel Tzac, of Alexander Street was arraigned for one count of Harm upon Magdaleno Castellanos. Tzac, who was unrepresented, pleaded not guilty and was released on three thousand five hundred dollars bail. In a report to police, Castellanos claimed that he had just arrived home from work and saw Tzac in the yard. He says Tzac started an argument over a vat on the property and then punched him in the face, causing it to swell. Castellanos filed a report and his injuries were classified as harm by a doctor. Tzac was also charged today with Aggravated Assault upon another neighbor, Lenoria Choc, for a separate incident. He is due back before the court on October fourth.
Sounds like a bully who will one day end up with lead poisoning after he picks on the wrong person. Put him in jail before you have to pick up his body & end up with another unsolved murder after all his neighbors contract myopia, conveniently.
Magdaleno, you handled this situation like a decent person, should you have taken a gun or a knife and inflicted deadly revenge against this idiot then you would have lost your self as well.

very funny charge $3,500.00 bail when the guys that killed the guy in salva pan got how much $800.00 damn! why are the charges so differnet from all the crime, assault and other minor incidents. the two doctors who had a brawl by the border we’re charge $200.00 mein we’re really in a bad situation with our justice system in our jewel.
Its funny how these guys were given a bail of 3,500 while the doctors only got a bail of 200 or something dollars. What is the criteria used to set bails? We just have to wonder if the law is unbiased.

I have worked with gabriel .tzac at chon saan palace restaurant in the past. We worked like 4 yrs. He is a nice cool person .it surprize me that he did something like this. Although his actions are wrong have you wondered that he is not crazy enough to beat someone for nothing. He took justice in his hands since those nincopoop prosecutors or rouge criminals on uniform can,t perform or do their jobs. By the way is that chief magistrate insane or qualified to do that kind of work. I advised her to do paralegal studies. If someone rapes this person is set on 3 thousand bail. 4 manslaughter by negligence bail is set at 2500?mackensie you need a psychatric evaluation soon.
