Glen Ysaguirre to be named governor of Central Bank
According to reports to News Five, current deputy, Glen Ysaguirre, will be moving up to the post of Governor of the Central Bank of Belize. Ysaguirre takes over from Sydney Campbell whose contract was not renewed when it expired at the end of September. Ysaguirre will take over the reins as soon as all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. The appointment of governor requires nod of the Governor General.
