Gomez is accused of stealing cell phones, money and a gold ring during the assaults. The Chief Magistrate upheld the prosecution’s objection for bail and Gomez was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until October twenty-eighth. The charges of Aggravated Assault and Wounding were levied against Gomez because each time he allegedly committed the crime he used a knife to restrain his victims. Gomez surrendered himself to police yesterday.
