Would-be robber confesses to the robbery attempt of on fruit vendor

Eighteen year old Andrew Talbert was escorted to Magistrate’s Court today to answer charges for a robbery attempt at the Queen Square Market on Thursday morning. He was scheduled to be charged with Attempted Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Kept Prohibited Firearm and Kept Unlicensed Ammunition, but his arraignment was postponed because he may be additionally charged for previous robberies. Talbert attempted to rob fruit vendor, Concepcion Guardado but it was a fruitless attempt since Guardado speaks only Spanish and could not understand his demands. Talbert grew frustrated and attempted to shoot Guardado at close range with a sawed off shot gun, but the weapon jammed. Other vendors were alerted to the scene and set chase after Talbert, who turned out to be an easy catch. While he tried to elude the vendors, he came face to face with police officers who were on mobile patrol in the area. That was bad news for the would-be robber, especially since he still had the gun in his hand. He threw the firearm toward a nearby Chinese shop in attempt to conceal it, but the cops had already seen it. Talbert was then detained and according to police, he has confessed to the robbery attempt.

So that he can appreciate the value of work, I think it is time to put him on a work farm with no TV or modern amenities for a few years.
It is a pity that he did not aim his weapon at the Police officers so that they would have return fire and saved us thousands upon thousands of our taxes in taking this scumback to court and then feeding him at the Kolbe Recreational Facility …

He has confessed to robbery ah? maybe he should just go ahead and confess to murder also I am sure that is the reason why he so readily confessed to just robbery after he pulled the gun and attempted to use it only that it jammed on him, most like he has done this before and was probably successful at unloading his weapon, where is ballistics don’t they have slugs that were taken from bodies to be able to match to this shot gun or is Belize not that technologically advanced as yet if not this should be a good cause to ask for some technical assistance in solving some of these cases, yes Mr. Barrow why don’t you take you proud self and ask for some assistance with this crime situation we might just get a team of ballistic experts down in the jewel and start putting some scare in these criminals, or maybe the dirty cops already got rid of the evidence.
well damn its about time question is will he serve time for his crime i mean its only right he is a killer and a robber dont u think he should get rid of before he hurts someone else it can be anyone’s grandma mother father sister brother etc people are tired of little low minded kids that dont wanna get a job but wanna rob and kill and wanna walk the streets free mayne please put that man away its about time we get JUSTICE!!!!!!! this not his first and damn sure wont be his last people are tired of losing family and friends over people like this they dont have NO damn rights to take another life or try to rob another for their hard workin money…..im telling you this couldnt be america
