Dangriga man gets bail for manslaughter by negligence

A man who faces a number of charges in connection with a fatal traffic accident is out on bail. Wilfred Pascascio of Dangriga appeared on Tuesday before Magistrate Aretha Ford and was ordered to return to court on November third. The charges of Manslaughter by Negligence and Causing Death by Careless Conduct were placed following the traffic accident which occurred around nine on the night of August twenty-ninth near mile six on the Southern Highway. The victim, Gilbert Cal, was heading home from a farm in Silk Grass Village when he was hit by a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.
