Accused child rapist viciously murdered in Red Bank Village

The second murder was reported just before nine on Friday morning, this time in the village of Red Bank about thirty-two miles off the Southern Highway.  The victim, forty-two year old Francisco Galeas Montayo, was originally from Honduras.  On September ninth, Galeas was freed from the Hattieville Prison after charges of Rape and Carnal Knowledge upon a nine year old girl were struck out against him at the courts.  He returned to Bella Vista Village, Toledo, where he had resided before the charges were filed.  But on Friday morning, his mutilated body was discovered with cut wounds above the right eyebrow, the right side of the head and a nylon rope was tied around his neck.  News Five went to Red Bank and spoke with village chairman, Francisco Cal, who was alerted and called the police.
