Police Minister says the flights carried Chinese not Japanese nationals
An immigration scandal of major proportions continues to unravel, but how many heads will roll and at what level? Last Tuesday News Five broke the news that Chinese Nationals were being smuggled through Belize. And in fact three planes; the first two on September eighteenth and nineteenth, followed by the third on October third, landed in Belize with thirty-two Asians. On Thursday a government release said they were Japanese Nationals, but all credible reports say they were in fact Chinese bound for the U.S. News Five has obtained copies of the list of persons that arrived on the flights on September eighteenth, October third, and October ninth. As you can see from the general declaration documents from Air Century, the charter company from the Dominican Republic that was contracted to fly to Belize via Port au Prince Haiti, thirty-three persons in all were transported to Belize in this manner: seven on September ninth, thirteen on October third and another group of thirteen on October ninth. The official number was put at thirty-two in a government release. On arrival they were processed expeditiously and carted away and vanished in thin air. If you look closely, the names of the passengers are distinctively Chinese and not Japanese. According to one person who we asked, one of the main distinguishing factors between Japanese and Chinese nationals, is that the Japanese do not use a middle name, while the Chinese do. At today’s press conference, the Minister of Police said the names were Chinese. It is alleged for some time that the Chinese nationals that are being smuggled into Belize to eventually head to the United States.

“I think there is no question that they are Chinese names. Japanese names are generally like Tanaka, Fujimori or whatever it may be. Korean names generally is like Park and Kim. Vietnamese names is generally like Nuyen and Chinese names are like Lin Mack etc. So it is clear that is Chinese names. We have no question that these people are Chinese and we suspect that the passports are not genuine.”
In other words Mr. Singh you have no clue who these people really are or where they are from. Can one of you turn to …………….. & …… (?) on the city council or get their parents input so that you can explain this in a more intelligent manner. You may be speaking to Belizeans but your words are being heard & read beyond our borders. My Chinese & Indian neighbors joke that they go anywhere & are everywhere there is an opportunity to make money. Are these Chinese from mainland China? Hong Kong? Taiwan? Vietnam? Malaysia? Where?. There are cultural, religious & at times language differences & we need to stop looking like a pile of bumbling idiots & thieves.

any fool knows they are not japanese no one from japan wants to get into the us any way that would be a downgrade in their living standards we all know they are chinese but that doesnt matter also i would not blame mr singh the pm is the one to blame he is running this country into the toilet he has all his friends and family running belize and they are all following his orders so i say they need to go and arrest the pm for incompetence and stupidity and impotence when it comes to running this country wow wow wow unu mi think y bad with pup well dog eat unu supper now with this pm and gov. i say every one involved even perdomo should all be tried for traitors and spys in other countries they get at least 25yrs in jail for this so thats what they should all get every one involved from the pm down.
