“how is the family holding up?”
Georgia Nicholson
“We have to be strong because Travis has other siblings. My mom took Travis from he was born he lived with my mom. After his mother passes in 2000 from illness, my mom adopted him. So Travis is like my nephew and my brother. My mom also has his other siblings there with her. The family is holding up, being strong for them. We just recently had a loss with my Granduncle, Smokey Joe, whom we buried on Monday. It’s a tragedy to the family to have to do this within a week, you understand.”
Inspector Julio Valdez
