Philip ‘Faada’ Henry lost his job with the City

philip 'faada' henry

He is known around Belize City as “FAADA”, the traffic officer who has been vociferous with his stance, whether it’s on politics, his job or simply his views on right from wrong. He is also known for being sent home many times by the City Council, only to be rehired. Now, it has reportedly happened one more time.  Philip Henry was given another marching order and the reason, it is reported, was because he gave an on camera interview to another media house.  But Henry has been down that road so many times with City Hall that we can’t help but wonder if he will once again be seen in his traffic uniform next week after he and City Hall iron out their differences.

Folks watch out, Belize is no longer a democratic country. It is a dictatorship, shere free speech is being censored and people are being afraid to speak out against wrong because of fear of loosing their jobs.Is this how Belizeans want to lve, in fear of the government, in fear of the criminals, fear, fear, fear. Some thing is very wrong and I guess the statement that America made about the Channel 5 ban by Barrow have not swayed his dictatorship leadership style. Rise up folks and say “hell no, we will not take it no more”. He cannot fire all of you that will bring the country to a halt, try it.

EL CHE not sure how you get to be reading that I am PUP makes me feel like you are trying to defend Barrow and the GOB, as far as I am concerned they are six of one and half a dozen of the other it only happens that UDP is in power and is responsible for all the wrong doings that are happening right now PUP is irrelevant at this time they have done their damage and should not even have an opinion on these matters they are nothing but a tag team the two of them.
