Three sought for carnal knowledge of minors in Cayo

There are two allegations of carnal knowledge coming out of the Cayo District tonight. The first involves a fourteen year old Esperanza Village resident who alleges that a father and son had sex with her. According to the teen, who is now pregnant, the encounters occurred between October and December 2007. As a result, police are seeking Gabino Garnett and his son Jermaine for questioning.

The second complaint was made by a sixteen year old who related to police that in September of 2007, twenty-three year old Caesar Romero had sex with her and she also became pregnant. The minor was fifteen years old at the time and is additionally alleging that Romero harasses her every time they meet.
