Syringe found near body of Irvin Penner
Funeral Services were held today at the University of Belize in Belmopan for Irvin Penner, brother of Minister Elvin Penner. Penner’s body was discovered around nine-twenty on Saturday morning at a farm near Camalote Village in the Cayo District. The twenty-nine year old, who lives in Belmopan, was said to be on treatment for bi-polar disease. Police discovered a syringe and a dark substance on his inner left elbow, and Penner’s jeep nearby. Penner married his wife, Bernadine on April ninth, 2010. He is also survived by his parents, Edward and Lena, brothers, John, Peter, Eddy and Gladwin, and sister, Annie. Also present at the funeral service were Prime Minister Dean Barrow and other Ministers of Government.
RIP Irvin. You were are very nice person.
RIP ER ER as he was affectionately known in Camalote Village…..
Black substance and syringe sounds like heroine overdose.
RIP, it is so sad. There are so many people living and trying to survive with BI polar depression, med and services for this problem its so expensive in this country.
Wish somebody would come up with help for these person affected by this problem.
WARNING:
DO NOT DANCE WITH THE DEVIL………….THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS most times!!!
what is the black substance, was this self inflicted or otherwise. Belize police are always quick to jump on the suicide theory because then there is no case to investigate.. what about people who have life insurance.
“syringe and a dark substance on his inner left elbow” What kind of substance was that? Is there any suspect in the action. Was some one alerted of his action? I don’t believe the news story?
