Also in court, a twenty year old man who was caught nude inside the bedroom of an eleven year old girl in Belize City was remanded to the Central Prison today. Elgin Graham was charged with Burglary with Intent to Rape and the prosecutor strongly objected to bail at his arraignment this afternoon. The accused fisherman allegedly broke into the house when the minor was asleep on February twenty-eighth and tried to pull off her pants. According to the young girl, she jumped up, ran over to her cousin’s bed and called her mother. She says that Graham, whom she recognized, was sitting on her bed and was not wearing pants. He pleaded not guilty and said it wasn’t him. He said the child’s mother made up the story and that he was at home that night. The bail objection was upheld and he was remanded until March twenty-third.
Convicted sex offenders must be castrated. That will ensure they NEVER repeat.
This #@$tard deserves to be placed in a cell with Mandingo sized rapists at Hattieville prison in the isolated section where no-one will hear his cries of agony as they make him a #!#ch. It is black men like this Elgin Graham that gives other black men in Belize a very bad rep. possibly the reason why the evil housekeepers blamed the robbery and attack on black men in the first place. Who is really to blame here?

He’ll not get a conviction. The family will be ‘persuaded’ to have the charges dropped within a few days. After all, he’s a good boy who never did anyone any harm, or caused any trouble and was never a member of a gang…….
The case file will go missing – Dickie Bradley will represent him, or better still, there’ll be a spelling mistake on the charge sheet!
However, if, in the unlikely event of it ever going to court, he’ll get a $50.00 fine, with 6 months to pay it, or if in default, 6 months jail time. which will be dropped on appeal, and if he paid the fine, will get a full refund.
I don’t need a crystal ball to see this being on the cards – happens almost every time….
