Law & order; Fake Cop becomes his own attorney

Remember Aaron Wilson? He’s the man dubbed as the ‘fake cop’. While Wilson has beaten other charges, he was back in court today on four of seven charges; theft, threatening words and two counts of aggravated assault. The charges are in connection with an incident with Jermyn Galvez and a separate incident of indecent assault that involved a nineteen year old woman whose cell phone was stolen. Since his trial began, Wilson, who was representing himself, walked from the aggravated assault and threatening words charges when he made a no case submission and the charge was dismissed against him. Last week Thursday, April fourteenth, Wilson submitted before Chief Magistrate Margaret McKenzie, that there was no evidence before the court to corroborate the charge of indecent assault and theft, and asked for the court to rule in his favor. But while he beat the charge of threatening words this morning, the Chief Magistrate ruled that he did have a case to answer for indecent assault. Earlier this evening Wilson took the stand and testified under oath ‘in camera’, to protect the victim’s identity.

I take my hat off to him. Although what he did was bad he did it very good. LOL

  2. Disgusted! says:

And this, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, is a criminal who infiltrated the police department of Belize, served in the fullest capacity of a police office undetected by the “brilliant minds” in the force and the ministry of defense, and is now singlehandedly making a !#$%ing mockery of the entire judicial system of Belize, Central America. If counsel has nothing else to add, your honor, I rest my case. CASE CLOSED!!!

  3. Elgin Martinez says:

Maybe Wilson should be appointed as the next Commissioner of Police.

  4. Earl Grey says:

ONLY A FOOL IS HIS OWN LAWYER……………Even lawyers get other lawyers to defend them.
