Senior Citizen acquitted of carnal knowledge charge

Early this afternoon, a fifty-five year old Belize City man was acquitted of the carnal knowledge of a young girl. Anthony “Chuwaah” Myvette was unrepresented in the two-day trial in the Court of Justice Adolph Lucas. Myvette was accused of the sexual abuse of the eight year old girl in early 2008 at the home of the girl’s friend in Belize City.

The victim, now eleven, testified “in camera” that sometime between February first and March thirty-first of 2008, Myvette, who she knew very well, forced her to have sex. The child claimed that the incident happened while she was playing with a friend at the home of a woman who lives near Myvette. The fifty five year old man denied the allegations and said that at no time was he ever alone with the child.  The jury found acquitted him of the charge and he was free to go.

    Where is his photo?

Even the Senior Citizens play a part in all the crimes, and evils occurring in Belize today. It is truly disgusting to hear about men committing this kind of deed against those incapable of adult consent. Don’t wait for diabetes to release his evil soul to the devil, remove his head with a dull machete.

Maybe he did nothing but someone should go to jail for having sex with this child. If he is a pedophile who managed to beat the system, give him time, he will be back in court again or he’ll screw the wrong child & become a part of the murder statistics.
