“Reds” exposes himself to $1200 fine

An elderly man was lucky to secure bail in Magistrates Court today after he was charged for exposing himself in public. Sixty-nine year old Senior Citizen, Albert Garbutt aka “Reds” was arraigned today in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court on a single charge following allegations that on Thursday, April twenty-ninth, he exposed his private part to a woman. Today Garbutt, who was unrepresented, appeared before Magistrate Dorothy Flowers, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail of six hundred dollars plus one surety of the same amount which he met. Garbutt is scheduled to reappear in court on June twenty-first.
Maybe the man was hearing chuck Berry singing my ding-a-ling & forgot where he was when he heard “We want you to play with your own ding-a-ling” . Mr. Garbutt if this was just a misunderstanding & you are really not guilty & you’re just getting senile or that enlarged prostate is confusing your bladder, get help The next woman may do more than hurt your ego & turn you in, she may make you wish you did not have one.
Every generation has an action that defines them, just like this dip$#!%.
Send his old @$$ to prison for life, because there is really no measure to how much I truly do not care about the plagues of my society.

Oh man! Reds a tough old salt! Alcohol the problem here too! Put him in drug and alcohol treatment and sex education! Mandatory. In Florida they make you register as a sex offender and go door to door in your neighborhood explaining what you have done! That may be a new form of entertainment in Belize but something need to get started for the perverts! They need a class or something to go to so they can fit in with society. I cannot believe this man was finally caught. Am 43 yes old and went to SCA and I can distinctly remember this same man sitting under a board house on Hudson St masturbating under the house bottom when we were passing on our way to SCA. We reported it to the principal and she reported to the Police yet nothing was done to him as he continued on a daily basis after that. After a while me and friends just ignore it. As we rounded the corner and spotted him under the house we just kept our head straight and continued on to school. He has probably never stopped and now he has been finally caught in his sick and demented habit.
