Traffic accident victim charged for murder
Twenty-nine year old prisoner, Crispin Moreno, had a charge of Murder read to him inside a BERT Ambulance this morning. Moreno, who is believed to have been among a group that robbed and brutally beat Dr. Enrique Guerra, was charged with Attempted Murder. Guerra passed away on June eighth and the charges against four other accused persons were upgraded to Murder, but Moreno was hospitalized after a prison van he was travelling overturned on the Northern Highway. He is now paralyzed and had to be taken to court today in an ambulance, which is where Magistrate Roberto Ordonez met him to read the charge. No plea was taken and the case was adjourned until July twenty-eighth, when Moreno will appear in the Orange Walk Magistrate’s Court. Moreno was taken to the Belize City court this morning because he is receiving treatment at the KHMH. The other persons charged with Dr. Guerra’s murder are Richard Berry, Alejandro Nunez and two minors.
I don’t know if its justification but he is definitely paying his price in whatever share he had in the beating of the Dr. Guerra. So does prison have facilities for the paralyzed because he can’t do anythign for himself who will take care of him in prison or do they just leave them there to die, cause he has to be feed, changed, bathe etc. Just a thought.
what you do down here you pay right here for it. Payback has a day
Now that is funny stuff! The next step is to hang his @$$!
Out of about sixty murders,is this the only conviction that we can get out of this government.?I guess the only reason this one wasn’t a Nolle Prosequi is because the accused is paralysed and is not capable of intimidating the witness or witnesses.
how ignorant can parents be! everybody knows who that dickhead was! now he the pay not only for that recent crime am sure he remembers all who his victims where!!
