Robbery charges against Jermaine Belgrave are dropped

Jermaine Belgrave

And while Wilson’s case will no doubt be before the courts for some time, thirty-one year old Jermaine Belgrave had charges of robbery and aggravated assault dismissed on Thursday afternoon. Belgrave was accused of robbing Security Oriented Services supervisor, Derrick Muslar, on the night of June nineteenth, 2009.  Muslar had testified that he was riding his motorcycle toward Youth for the Future Drive when two men approached him; one of whom placed a gun at his neck. The second assailant then stole his pump action shotgun and pistol. But as the assailants fled on bicycles, Muslar retrieved a third firearm from his rear pocket and opened fire on them. One of the men fell and they returned fire. Muslar claimed that he saw Belgrave’s face before he pulled his mask down and a second time when he was shot. But attorney Richard ‘Dickie’ Bradley submitted that at the identification parade, police pointed out Belgrave to Muslar, after he had picked a different man from the lineup. He also argued that Muslar did not provide details of lighting conditions and other elements that affect the accuracy of his identification. A second man, Elmore Neal, had also been charged in connection with the incident, but he was murdered before the case was called for trial.

As I said, Belize is officially !****!@#! Bunch of savages Belizeans are too busy killing each other while everyone else comes and reap the sweets and leave us savages here to slaughter each other.

Another scum on the streets, proving that our justice system is pointless.

We also have to point fingers at the lawyers who care nothing of the country, but only on fulling their pockets by protecting the criminals while we honest and hard-working Belizeans sometimes have to face the criminals by ourselves. Lawyers, you need to start thinking of your patrimony first. Let the criminals pay for their crimes.
