Without a Trace; 51 year old parent missing

Wilford Arnold

For almost a month, fifty-one year old Wilford Arnold has not contacted his family. He was last seen on September eighth, the day before he was expected to head out to the cayes. But it is not known if Wilford made it to his destination or if something has happened to him and since he doesn’t have a phone, his family has no way of contacting him. According to his daughter, Michelle Arnold, they believe he was picked up from home early on the morning of September ninth, but even with the help of police they haven’t been able to find out anything else about what happened to her father.

“Dah something weh ih normally do. Once somebody ask ah fi go, yes ih go and ih come right back. If ih seh ih gwein wah certain day and fi return wah certain day, ih wah come back dah day. He neva go; first time he eva do something like dis and gone so long.  My cousin put wah picture eena di newspaper and my auntie put report over di radio fi mek if anybody si ah, mek dehn call we. Lot ah people noh know ah by ih name; ih name Wilford Arnold but most people know ah as “Sonny” or “Footah. Dah so dehn know ah.”

“We kinda concerned because he was sick just before he left right. Like a week or so before that he couldn’t even walk. Day before yesterday the nurse came to look for I’m because she hadn’t seen him concerning his medication.”
