But while the search for more oil continues, prices at the gas pump continue to go up. As of midnight on Thursday, the price of regular fuel increased by ten cents to nine dollars and sixty-four cents. Premium gas now sells for nine dollars and seventy-four cents, up from nine fifty-eight. Diesel is now seven dollars and seventy-one cents, a difference of twenty-nine cents. The biggest price hike was for kerosene which went up thirty-five cents to seven dollars and two cents from six sixty-seven.
