Step son charged for Attempted Murder but dad disagrees
Leon Hinds was stabbed on the neck, chest and right lung near 88 Shopping Center on Central American Boulevard on October twenty-sixth. That night, his attacker left him to die, but Hinds has survived the incident and is now slowly recovering. He was in court today for the arraignment of the alleged attacker, Meshack Dwayne Flores, who was charged with Attempted Murder, Dangerous Harm and Use of Deadly Means of Harm. To add insult to injury, it turns out that Flores is Hinds’ step son. But today in court, Hinds took the high road and decided not to pursue the charges against Flores. Hinds has to make a formal request to the D.P.P.’s office to drop the charges and since that did not occur, Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Smith proceeded with the arraignment. The matter is indictable and Flores was remanded to the Belize Central Prison. The motive for the stabbing is still not known, but after the stabbing incident Hinds indicated to his sisters that his attacker was a close relative.

Hinds is a fool if he drops the charge, and a boy like that will do more harm before he meets his inevitable end.
Hold ur head up high meshack
