Flammable words causes fine for cursing gas station manager

Andre Hutchinson

Twenty-five year old Andre Hutchinson has also had his fair share of court appearances and today he was back before a magistrate. This time, Hutchinson was charged for Using Threatening Words against the manager of the Esso Gas Station, Angel Miguel Espat. Allegations made by Espat are that on Saturday Hutchinson told him “bwai you dead. Ah wah stab you up, a wah kill you.” In court, Hutchinson wasted no time and pleaded guilty to the offense. A non-custodial sentence was imposed in the form of a two hundred and fifty dollar fine, which he must pay by the end of December. In default he will spend two months in prison.

  1. deedee says:

Wait a minute, isn’t this Micheal Hutchinson son…the minister of rural north or something like that. Anyways this nut job was arrested a few years ago for indecent exposure, police saw him riding a bike butt naked in ladyville…LOL, now he’s threatening people & talking about death. Please keep this wacko off the streets & safe in a mental institution, he’s a danger to himself as well as the public.

  2. hold up, hold up, says:

non custodial, this man belongs locked up and receiving mental therapy . he is a menace to society , mark my words he will kill someone . I have watched enough criminal minds to know that this guy needs to be permanently in an institution.
