Fergy accused of pulling gun on Fergie

Thirty-seven year old Belize City resident, Anthony Ferguson, appeared in court to answer to two counts of threatening words and one count of aggravated assault with a firearm. It is alleged that on Tuesday of this week, Ferguson pulled a gun on Pamela Ferguson and threatened her life twice. Anthony, who appeared unrepresented, pleaded not guilty to all three charges. Anthony was informed by the court that he can appeal for bail through the Supreme Court with the aid of an attorney since the Magistrate’s Court cannot grant him bail on the matter until the next ninety days. He was remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until March twenty-sixth.
