City man charged with attempted arson
Also arrested today was twenty year old Allan Martinez of Central American Boulevard in Belize City. Martinez was identified by Roy Latchman as the man who tried to burn his house down Sunday night. Latchman chased the intruder away, but not before he had poured kerosene on the wooden veranda. Martinez has been charged with Attempted Arson.
