Basketball Shooter charged for Attempted Murder
In the local courts, twenty year old Keyron Johnson, a resident of Jane Usher Boulevard, appeared unrepresented before Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith this morning where he was read three charges stemming from a shooting incident over the weekend. It is believed that on Saturday night around eight o’clock Johnson along with another individual accosted eighteen year old Christopher Jorgensen who was playing basketball at a court on Curl Thompson Street. Johnson’s accomplice allegedly handed him a firearm which was used to shoot Jorgensen in the lower abdomen. In court today, Johnson was charged with one count of attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm and dangerous harm. Due to the nature of the offense no plea was taken and he was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until June sixth.

Young brother what is wrong with you ? You don’t have any knowledge? Where is your parents? The same hands that God gave to you, you took life. When God take away your sight and hands, I hope your mom don’t cry that you were innocent. In other country both your hands would have been amputated cut off.
i think both Martha Castillo & Easy Glenn needs to b quiet before they start saying things they know nothing about. Keyron is innocent until proven guilty! but this is 1 case where d police made a super mistake and need to do their job properly! i could attest that he is innocent because he was with me and we both listened to those shots that nite….i have absolutely no idea y the young man would call Keyron’s name (if he even called his name) because it makes no sense non wat so ever…..but u guys r entitled to an opinion but i just wished that u would keep it 2 yourself until u learn d facts…..thank u very much
