Convicted of burglarizing glass shop
Two persons were convicted and sent to prison in separate cases today. First was twenty-four year old Cruz Allen, who was before Chief Magistrate Ann Marie Smith on charges of Burglary and Handling stolen Goods. At around six a.m. on October twenty-seventh, 2011, Daniel Fabro, the owner of Fabro’s Glass Limited, received a phone call saying that his business was being burglarized. Fabro went to the Victoria Street building where he noticed three damaged louvers on a back window. He drew his licensed firearm and headed to the back of the yard. There, he caught Allen with the stolen items, which included assorted tools, a camera and a flat screen television. The burglar was also wearing a pair of Fabro’s tennis shoes. The items collectively valued two thousand, four hundred and ten dollars. Fabro pointed his gun at Allen and ordered him not to move while the police were called to pick him up. Throughout the trial, Allen claimed he was innocent and this morning when the Chief Magistrate asked him if he maintained his not guilty plea, he said yes. After he was found guilty, however, he asked to change his plea to guilty, but it was too late. Allen was sentenced to ten years in prison for Burglary and six months for Handling Stolen Goods; both terms are to run concurrently.

Build the PRISON FARM in Toledo…KOLBE is too close to Belize City.
Just good Fabro-let the criminals know many people are not afraid of these cowards-they hide and do their things and when caught act like some little sissies-yes sir, no ma’am beg for leniency.
