Bus conductor charged for slapping minor

A Bus Conductor of Benque was today in court to answer to a single charge of harm upon a seventeen year old female. Thirty-five year old Felipe Kotch is accused of allegedly slapping the minor while she was walking on Saint Jude Street, and it appears he did it for no apparent reason. The minor reported the incident to police and this morning, believe it or not, Kotch appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer’s where he was charged with Harm. Kotch was offered bail in the sum of one thousand dollars plus one surety of the same amount. Kotch is due back in court on June twentieth.
