Construction worker shot in the foot
In news on other crimes, a broad daylight shooting around ten-thirty Tuesday morning left a construction worker with a bullet wound to the leg. Forty-three year old Andrew Azueta told police that while he was standing at the corner of King and Plues Street in Belize City, he heard a loud noise and after realized that he was shot on his foot. Azueta was transported to the K.H.M.H. where he was treated and subsequently released. Police are investigating.
