Fisherman hooked for murder of Yanki
Another man has been charged in connection with the murder of forty-nine year old Brian Welch who was gunned down on Faber’s Road on April twenty-ninth of this year. Twenty-two year old Henry Jacobs appeared in court today where he was read a single charge of murder. No plea was taken and since the offense is indictable and he was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until July fifth. On the night of April twenty-ninth, it is reported that Welch was walking with two friends at the intersection of Central American Boulevard and Faber’s Road, when Jacobs allegedly fired several shots in his direction. Welch was shot in the chest, mouth, abdomen and buttocks and died on the spot. In a separate incident, of the shooting death of Jason Canto on May tenth, Police have formally arrested and charged twenty-three year old Norman Slusher for the crime of murder.
OFF WITH THEIR HEADS! First the execution, then the trial. That’s how I feel doing it, but whatever process is used, murderers must hang, it must be something they know is coming to them without fail.
