Fisherman busted for joyriding
In other police news, a teenager has been arrested for joyriding after cops found him driving a stolen car. According to court reports, around twelve thirty on Saturday morning, Bernardo Bay Junior was leaving the Shooter’s Nightclub located on Amara Avenue when three men asked him for a cigarette. Bay says as he looked down to take the pack out of his pocket, one of the men hit him in the head. The blow rendered Bay unconscious and when he came to his car keys and his Isuzu pickup were missing. Police would later find the vehicle on Douglas Jones Street with eighteen year old fisherman David Wade behind the wheel. Wade has charged with handling stolen goods and damage to property as cops say the vehicle’s bumpers and lights were wrecked after it was stolen.
