List of new butane prices released after $30 decrease

It was announced on Thursday that butane prices would take a huge dip of thirty dollars per hundred pound cylinder. The higher prices are for the LPG Imported from Mexico while the lower priced butane is imported from Central America. The Ministry of Trade and Consumer Protection says that in Belize City and Corozal, butane can be purchased for either one hundred and four or ninety-seven dollars. In Belmopan and San Ignacio, the prices are one hundred and six or ninety-nine dollars. The prices in Benque Viejo are one hundred and seven, or the alternative, one hundred dollars. Orange Walk customers can buy butane for one hundred and five dollars or for ninety-eight dollars. Down south in Dangriga, the prices are one hundred and eight dollars or one hundred and one while in Punta Gorda, it’s one hundred and nine dollars or one hundred and two. Those prices took effect as of today.
