Third suspect arrested in Ladyville homicide
Over two weeks after twenty year old Cruz Sho was brutally murdered inside her house in Lords Bank Village, this afternoon police charged their third suspect in the killing, nineteen year old Lynsdale Franklin. Franklin has been on the run since the homicide on March fifteenth, but police say last Friday he turned himself in.
Franklin appeared before Chief Magistrate Margaret Gabb where the charge of murder was read to him. No plea was taken. Franklin now joins his nephew Ervin Franklin and Ryan Herrera who were both arrested shortly after the crime. The three accused are expected to reappear in court on May twenty-third.
